Workshop on Indian cuisine was organised as part of India Week under Amrit Mahotsav

As par of Week long activities under the aegis of Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, a workshop on Indian cuisine - "Taste of India" was organised by the Embassy of India, Lima. The Indian cuisine is considered as one of the world's most diverse cuisines, characterized by its subtle use of spices, vegetables, fruits etc. The cuisine of each geographical region in India includes a wide assortment of dishes and cooking techniques reflecting the varied demographics of the ethnically diverse Indian subcontinent. The event has highlighted such characters of Indian cuisines. The event has received wide traction among audience in Peru and Bolivia.
