Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

As you may be aware, the Government of India will host the AI Impact Summit on the 19th and 20th of February 2026 in New Delhi, India.

The Summit is anchored in the three guiding pillars or Sutras of People, Planet, and Progress, which frame how the transformative impact of AI should serve humanity, advance inclusive growth, foster social development, and promote people-centric innovations that protect our planet.

These guiding Sutras are operationalized through seven Chakras or thematic Working Groups, namely:
  1. Safe & Trusted AI
  2. Human Capital
  3. Inclusion for Social Empowerment
  4. Resilience, Innovation & Efficiency
  5. Science
  6. Democratization of AI Resources
  7. AI for Economic Growth & Social Good

The deliberations of these Working Groups will collectively shape the Summit’s key outcomes.

The Inclusion for Social Empowerment Working Group, led by India with Switzerland and Nigeria serving as Co-Chairs, will focus on exploring solutions, capacity-building and scalable models to ensure AI can act as a catalyst for inclusive social empowerment, enabling participation, expanding opportunity, and unlocking human potential across languages, abilities, geographies, and cultures.

In this regard, the Government of India is pleased to invite government representatives to the 1st Virtual Meeting of the Inclusion for Social Empowerment Working Group for the AI Impact Summit. This meeting will be held virtually on 17th November 2025 from 1700 hours IST till 1830 hours IST (GMT + 05:30). The registration link for the meeting is given below for easy reference:
