We are pleased to inform you that Reverse Buyer-Seller Meetings (RBSM) are being planned in Pune, India, on Monday, February 9th and Tuesday, February 10th, 2026, under the framework of the Enhancement and Acceleration of MSME Performance Program (RAMP) of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of the Government of India. The agency responsible for this program in the state of Maharashtra, India, is the Maharashtra State Small Industries Development Corporation (MSSIDC). The MCCIA is one of the main implementing agencies of the RAMP Program on behalf of the MSSIDC.
The RBSM is being organized in conjunction with the MCCIA’s 7th Pune International Business Summit (PIBS 2026), which will be held on February 9 and 10, 2026, at the S. L. Kirloskar International Convention Centre, Senapati Bapat Road, Pune, India.
PIBS 2026 is a premier global platform that brings together industry leaders, international trade delegations, diplomats, investors, and policymakers to explore new opportunities for bilateral trade, collaboration, and investment.
MCCIA wishes to invite and host business delegates interested in acquiring goods and services from exporters belonging to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Maharashtra, in sectors such as engineering, automotive, electrical, electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, IT, IoT, AI, and other services.
MCCIA will only accept potential buyers who can:
Provide accurate information about their profile and business interests.
Please provide the ITC HS classification code(s) for the item(s) (if products) and a description of the services to be contracted (if services are being exported from India).
Please confirm that you are not already committed to the relevant vendors you will be meeting with at RBSM.
- Individual business meetings will be arranged for visiting buyers with relevant exporters from the state of Maharashtra, India. We will also invite visiting delegates to a networking evening during RBSM/PIBS 2026.
- Hospitality will be offered to confirmed overseas buyers.
- We will provide the following support to visiting buyers:
- Airport pickup and drop-off at the nearest airport in India.
- Two nights' accommodation at the JW Marriott in Pune.
- Lunches on February 9 and 10, 2026
- Networking evening and dinner on February 9, 2026
MCCIA does not commit to covering airfare, visas, insurance, or other additional expenses for visiting delegates from other countries.
After receiving registrations, MCCIA will:
Identify the sourcing needs of international buyers
Connect delegates' needs with suitable exporters in Maharashtra
Communicate with potential overseas buyers
Organize targeted B2B meetings
Provide event details and logistical support to verified buyers, based on information from Maharashtra exporters
